Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support ESG’s social media, branding, and content initiatives across platforms. This role will focus on consistent content creation for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram while supporting light updates to the company website and modernizing client-facing documents through Canva. Ideal for someone looking for hands-on marketing experience in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Content & Social Media
- Create and publish weekly content across LinkedIn (primary), TikTok, and Instagram.
- Repurpose videos, recruiter clips, and meeting recordings into short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Support occasional content preparation for ESG’s YouTube channel (basic editing or upload prep).
- Draft captions, improve engagement, and maintain consistent posting cadence.
Branding & Design
- Update and modernize client-facing documents (one-pagers, pitch decks, candidate PDFs, announcements) using Canva.
- Maintain ESG’s visual identity across all marketing assets.
Website Support
- Assist with updating website copy, posting new content, and ensuring pages remain current and aligned with brand guidelines (WordPress or similar CMS; training provided).
Email & Communications
- Support drafting two monthly newsletters (client-facing + candidate-facing).
- Help prepare message templates and basic communication materials for recruiters.
Analytics & Reporting
- Produce weekly social media performance snapshots (impressions, engagement, growth).
- Track TikTok/Instagram/LinkedIn metrics and identify simple content improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent grad in Marketing/Communications, or 0–2 years relevant experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Comfortable using Canva, TikTok editing tools (CapCut), and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram; interest in TikTok content creation.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio or work samples preferred.
Success in the First Quarter (Q1 Expectations)
- Consistent weekly posting across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
- First round of updated ESG client-facing documents completed in Canva.
- Website content updated with accurate information and refreshed branding.
- Monthly newsletter published consistently with improved open/click rates.
- 10–20% growth in social impressions (platform-by-platform baseline set at hire).
