POSITION SUMMARY
Manage and participate in the creation and communication of training materials, corporate-level announcements/business updates, as well as operational enhancements and process improvements to both division and store level teams across all Retail Ops depts. Partner with Corporate Business Specialists, Human Resources and KTD to deliver training materials needed to align associates with company objectives. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage a team of content specialists to assist with the build out as well as manage the organization, maintenance and communication of Retail Ops training and business updates to the Enterprise
- Collaborate with Corp Retail Ops business partners and Senior Leaders to craft and deploy comms and training resources to help drive FULL and FRIENDLY metrics across all divisions and stores
- Own and contribute design and content for the Retail Ops Zebra Newsletter designed todrive our overall vision toward industry leading FULL and celebrate our change through innovation
- Build storytelling to drive engagement and execution with initiatives and people stories amongst all levels of the business
- Partner with Retail Ops Analytics to measure and report business updates and key results to stakeholders
- Coordinate, direct, write scripts, and produce video content to showcase business initiatives to GO and Division leaders and effectively train store associates across all depts.
- Compile, organize, and run content for recurring Retail Ops Period Calls with GO and Division leaders
- Oversee the structure, organization, and maintenance of the eCommerce SharePoint platform, providing training to approx. 40,000 associates Enterprise-wide
- Manage training content for In Stock, Front-end and eCommerce initiatives on FEED and Fresh Start
- Partner with Associate Comms to streamline messaging through corporate channels such as Fresh News & Daily Juice
- Work with KTD to create and maintain app-based training and messaging accessible through the TC52
- Oversee creation and deployment of communications and graphic design displayed on the Dash monitors in 1,800 store Pickup locations
- Maintain new hire training curriculum for both hourly and salaried Pickup associates
- Collaborate with KTD to build process documentation and release notes to support apps used for both In Stock and Pickup
- Partner with KTD to develop and implement mobile training solutions designed to improve associate engagement

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in communications or similar area of study,
- 2+ years retail operations industry experience
- 2+ years of experience developing innovative training and communication plans
- Any project management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, presentation skills
