We are looking for someone who understands the live events industry and is comfortable speaking with senior industry professionals. This role is focused on setting up high-quality sponsorship conversations, and then eventually closing deals without the CEO.
You will work closely with the founder/CEO to identify partners, reach out thoughtfully, and book qualified meetings. To start, the CEO will handle all pricing, negotiations, and closing.
This is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, industry-savvy, and enjoys relationship-based sales without pressure tactics. Ideally someone who is entrepreneurial minded.

Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Partnership Outreach
• Identify potential sponsors aligned with Giggs (production companies, vendors, brands, industry partners)
• Support outreach for:
• City event title sponsors
• Podcast title sponsors
• Docuseries partners
• Newsletter advertising
• Custom media + event partnerships
• Conduct thoughtful outbound via email, LinkedIn, and warm intros
• Follow up professionally and persistently without being pushy
Meeting Coordination
• Book qualified meetings
• Ensure prospects understand the high-level opportunity before the call
• Keep light notes on outreach and conversations so nothing falls through the cracks
Collaboration & Feedback
• Share insights from conversations to help refine pitches and packages
• Help identify patterns in sponsor needs, timing, and objections
• Support prioritization of the strongest opportunities
What This Role Is Not
• Not cold-calling scripts or high-volume spam outreach
• Not selling SaaS or transactional software
• Not a traditional agency-style sales role

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and alignment. This role includes a base component and performance-based incentives tied to sponsorship and partnership activity.
