As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee and execute various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals and delivering impactful results. Reports to Chief Revenue Officer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar in coordination with local Partner business needs.
- Execute earned and owned media initiatives, focusing on email, direct mail, and social media tactics (audience strategy, messaging, design, and trafficking).
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including owned, earned, social media, SEM, SEO, offline, and local sponsorships.
- Drive the development of creative assets from external agencies for digital marketing, offline marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Oversee digital media projects, ensuring on-time project delivery through a mix of internal teams and agency vendors.
- Collaborate with key partners to identify and address business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate efforts managed internally or externally to ensure alignment with overarching goals and correct prioritization of projects.
- Work closely with the Rev Ops Director to develop and manage quarterly and monthly budgets for all marketing channels.
- Execute targeted email and newsletter campaigns utilizing our CRM email marketing system.
- Lead the review of regular performance reports for assigned partners, providing insights on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics.
- This person should reside on the east coast with access to a large airport. Charlotte area preferred, but open to others for the right candidate.
- Occasional travel for Partner and team on-site meetings (20%).
Qualifications
- Proficiency with digital media marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM Rush, MailChimp or comparable system).
- Strong project management and prioritization skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, and reallocate resources effectively (Monday.com).
- A creative mindset to develop innovative and engaging marketing content.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, external vendors, and Partners.
- Ability to identify and solve problems that arise during marketing campaign execution.
- A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how different channels fit within it.
