Pay Range: $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience

confidence, and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to everything they do. You’ll support our leaders, partner with teams across the company, and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for employees, investors, vendors, and guests.

You’ll keep our operations sharp, our communication clear, and our culture strong.
What You’ll Do
Support Our Leaders
- Learn the work styles, priorities, and needs of the Executives you support.
- Manage complex calendars with accuracy and care.
- Communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the company.
Keep Our Office Running Smoothly
- Answer and direct calls from the main line.
- Coordinate meetings and logistics.
- Prepare reports, organize documents, and support special projects.
- Manage office supplies, mail, and vendor relationships.
Work With Our Corporate Teams
- Collect weekly reports and distribute them to Executives.
- Help prepare and send quarterly financial statements.
- Assist with tax-season tasks and document uploads.
- Help create our employee newsletter and support our culture programs.
- Support planning for company events and celebrations.
Support Our Properties
- Help tenants and prospects who call with questions.
- Assist with badges, marketing materials, and property-related forms.
Help Strengthen Investor Relations
- Build positive relationships with Investors.
- Prepare and organize important documents.
- Coordinate signatures and communication.
- Support our Investment Management System with updates, reports, and troubleshooting.
What You Bring
- High integrity and strong confidentiality.
- A calm, confident presence—especially during high-pressure moments.
- Strong communication skills in writing and in person.
- Curiosity, initiative, and resourceful problem-solving.
- Comfort with technology and learning new tools quickly.
- Ability to manage details, deadlines, and relationships with care.
- Bonus: Notary Public or DocuSign experience!
