“Helping students reach new heights.” School-Based Behavior Consultation focuses on skill development & challenging behavior reduction for student success! SBBC provides ABA therapy & behavior support interventions in center, school, community, & home to improve social skills, academics, vocational skills, functional skills, & communication. This is accomplished through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) & in collaboration with other specialists, school staff, the students we serve, & caregivers.

Working Hours & Pay
- $25- $31 per hour
- Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee lifecycle from offer acceptance to employee offboarding including managing orientation resources & schedules, technology & credential allocaton, and soliciting feedback at defined points of employment.
- Identify and resolve issues through early intervention, by being visible, through mediation, facilitated conversations and interpreting and responding to management information.
- Manage and audit the payroll process to include deductions, taxes, incentive pay, etc.
- Support positive company culture by building and/or maintaining positive employee programs related to engagement, professional development, and promoting company values across the organization.
- Facilitate and report on employee surveys with associated action plans related to staff resourcing, employee engagement, and employee value proposition.
- Contribute to HR department’s policies, programs, and practices, ensuring they foster organizational culture, and employee performance.
- Act as primary point of contact for staff communications for newsletter, company website, and company-sponsored events.
- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating proactively with our executive management team and seeking to develop integrated solutions.
- Other duties and responsibilities associated with this position, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Dependability is a must.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in human services, counseling psychology, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in staff management, HR management, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills,
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with individuals and groups at all levels in the organization
- Ability to communicate persuasively and defend decisions, negotiate with confidence and work collaboratively.
- Proven planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to respond quickly to new demands at all levels, work across teams and manage personal and teams' competing priorities and tasks.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license.
