Who are we hiring (and what will they do)?
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Content Specialist, Lifecycle & Partnerships, to own customer and partner communications across the full lifecycle — from onboarding and education to engagement, advocacy, and expansion.
This mid-level role sits at the intersection of content, product marketing, and partnerships. You’ll craft messaging that keeps our customers informed, inspired, and engaged while supporting co-marketing and partner initiatives.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping CTM’s short-form storytelling across email, ads, and social — ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand voice and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer and partner communications: Write and manage all lifecycle and partner emails, newsletters, announcements, and product updates.
- Develop lifecycle content strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align content with product adoption and retention goals.
- Create ad and social copy: Write short-form ad headlines, paid social captions, and organic social posts that connect campaigns across channels.
- Partner communication: Craft co-marketing content, partner spotlights, and affiliate newsletters in collaboration with the Events & Partnership Marketing Manager.
- Customer storytelling: Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and feature success stories with support from Product Marketing and CS.
- Brand voice & tone: Maintain consistency across CTM’s lifecycle and partner messaging; evolve guidelines for digital and social storytelling.
- Performance tracking: Monitor open rates, engagement, and conversion metrics; continuously A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and formats to optimize results.
- Campaign alignment: Work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to ensure lifecycle and partner comms support broader integrated campaigns.
What skills will help you be effective on our team?
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content, lifecycle, or product marketing.
- Proven experience writing for email, social, ads, and web, with an understanding of tone, hierarchy, and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong copy editing and storytelling skills; can pivot between technical explanation and emotional resonance.
- Familiarity with partner/affiliate programs or customer marketing.
- A data-driven mindset: able to use analytics to improve engagement and performance.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills — thrives working cross-functionally.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign analytics.
- Exposure to SEO/AEO best practices.
- Experience supporting integrated GTM campaigns or partner marketing efforts.
KPIs for Success
- Customer and partner email engagement (open/click rates, conversions).
- Newsletter performance and subscriber growth.
- Engagement and CTR from paid/organic social messaging.
- Contribution to retention, upsell, and partner-sourced revenue goals.
- Consistency and timeliness of lifecycle content tied to campaigns or product releases.

- The expected salary range for this role may differ based upon the candidate. Salary presented with a job offer will be based on factors such as calibrated job level, educational background, prior work experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
