Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Summary
The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR team, coordination of HR activities and is the first point of contact for the UK HR team, including but not limited to general HR policy queries, the full range of transactional activities such as calculating holiday entitlement and logging and monitoring sickness absence, annual leave and other leave.
Responsibilities
- Perform HR administrative and transactional tasks including support with payroll and associated changes
- Accurate and timely maintenance and updating of HR database and performance appraisal system and advising accordingly
- Lead on managing and monitoring the general HR mailbox and action as appropriate (with support from the HR Generalist and HR Director where appropriate)
- Accurate and timely management of all HR transactions including annual leave, sickness absence, other leave and any contractual changes ensuring accurate feed through to payroll
- Liaising with third party providers eg. health cover, insurance, pension
- Employee onboarding and offboarding and ensuring all associated processes are fully compliant eg. PORTW
- Support HR Generalist with notetaking and support in employee relations cases
- Support HR Generalist with HR induction of new starters
- Support in Company audits as and when required
- Lead on the coordination of learning and development activities UK with global support as and when required
- Provision of on-site support for US Talent team
- Support the global Talent Acquisition team with UK campus and community engagement initiatives through attendance of on-site career events and other candidate engagement opportunities
- Maintain up to date knowledge of UK career opportunities and Global Talent Acquisition processes
- Ensure sufficient stock of recruitment materials for campus events
- Lead on the design, coordination and scheduling of UK employee newsletter
- Support with compilation of global employee newsletter partnering with relevant operational and HR personnel
- Coordination of UK employee engagement activities
- Administration of employee recognition schemes with global support as and when required including managing UK initiatives
- Support HR Generalist with HR policy review and guidance / employee schemes
- Lead on UK Apprenticeship Levy activities ensuring funds are leveraged appropriately
- Lead on coordination of work experience (external students / pupils) and community events to promote the brand
- Support the business as and when required with employee Training Files (individual Training Files are a line manager responsibility)
- Undertake research to support project work and data tasks as and when required
- Coordination of projects in partnership with HR Generalist, ensuring they stay on track and all contributors are up to date with actions
- Support with HR responsibilities under GDPR
- Ensuring all HR processes, communications, systems and storage of information is GDPR compliant, taking corrective action where necessary
- Ensuring all activities are executed in line with accrediting agency and standards relevant to ACM
- Some of the above activities may extend to US/IN/SG support where not already stated*
- Any other duties commensurate with the level of the role as directed by HR Director, EU & APAC or VP, Human Resources
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.

- CIPD Level 5 or working towards
Physical Requirements
