About the Role
This position will lead the firm’s content strategy and social media presence, shaping how we engage audiences across digital platforms and marketing channels.
You will work closely with attorneys, marketing leadership, and business development teams to transform sophisticated legal work into clear, engaging content that strengthens brand visibility, credibility, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Content Strategy & Social Media Leadership
- Lead and manage the firm’s presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns aligned with firm initiatives and thought leadership
- Monitor performance metrics and trends to continuously refine strategy
- Deliver monthly analytics reports (growth, engagement, reach, campaign impact)
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Provide LinkedIn guidance and best practices training to attorneys
🔹 Content Creation & Editorial Leadership
- Create and edit high-quality content including social posts, articles, client alerts, invitations, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Interview attorneys and subject matter experts to translate complex legal concepts into accessible, engaging content
- Oversee development of website content, practice descriptions, attorney bios, fact sheets, and newsletters
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and elevate clarity, consistency, and impact
- Manage review and approval workflows with stakeholders
🔹 Design & Visual Asset Development
- Design digital ads, event invitations, newsletters, and print advertisements
- Elevate PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports with executive-level polish
- Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency across materials
🔹 Video & Multimedia Production
- Plan, record, and edit short-form and long-form video content
- Produce attorney interviews and event highlight videos
- Handle editing, sound correction, and post-production
- Repurpose written legal content into engaging video formats
- Stay ahead of professional platform video trends
🔹 CMS & Digital Platforms
- Manage website updates using platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution
- Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
- Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in content, social media, or communications (law firm or professional services experience preferred)
- Strong graphic design background (ads, newsletters, presentations, marketing collateral)
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with Figma, Affinity, Procreate, Adobe Fresco, Sketchbook is a plus
- Demonstrated portfolio across social media, digital campaigns, written and visual content
- Proven ability to show measurable performance results
- Hands-on video production and editing experience
- Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools
