Role Overview
Biosil is seeking a highly versatile Graphic Designer & Multimedia Editor to own day-to-day creative production across digital, retail, trade, and experiential marketing.
This role is design-forward and execution-driven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing graphic assets across all brand touchpoints - including retail collateral, trade show materials, event signage, paid media, social content, and email creative.
In addition to graphic design, this person will lead post-production and editing for video content, transforming raw footage from shoots, influencers, and events into polished, performance-ready assets.
AI integration is a core component of this role, with the expectation of producing multiple fully AI-generated creative assets per month to support social and paid campaigns.
This individual will play a critical role in shaping Biosil’s visual identity across both physical and digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Own and execute graphic design across all brand channels, including:
- Retail collateral (shelf talkers, PDQs, endcaps, displays)
- Trade show and expo materials (booth graphics, signage, backdrops, print collateral)
- Event assets (flyers, signage, experiential elements, branded moments)
- Sales decks, one-pagers, and wholesale materials
- Out-of-home creative
- Website and landing page visuals
- Email and newsletter graphics
- Paid media creative
- Social media static and motion graphics
Additional responsibilities:
- Maintain strict adherence to Biosil’s brand guidelines and visual identity
- Ensure cohesive, premium execution across digital and physical touchpoints
- Prepare print-ready files with proper specs and production standards
- Adapt creative for multiple formats, placements, and platform requirements
- Manage revisions, versioning, and campaign rollouts
Video & Motion
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media
- Transform raw footage into polished, on-brand, performance-optimized assets
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, overlays, and light animations
- Repurpose long-form content into social-first cutdowns and paid-ready formats
- Support campaign launches, product drops, and events with video deliverables
AI & Creative Innovation
- Utilize AI tools to create imagery, motion, and video assets for social and paid campaigns
- Produce multiple fully AI-generated creative pieces per month
- Leverage AI for:
- Campaign concept visuals
- Image and motion generation
- Video enhancement
- Creative testing and rapid iteration
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and trends in creative production
- Integrate AI thoughtfully while maintaining a premium, brand-consistent aesthetic AI usage is an expected and measurable part of this role.
Collaboration & Execution
- Partner closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (social, affiliate, PR, trade)
- Support product launches, retail initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and events
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate quickly
- Help elevate Biosil’s creative output across all consumer and trade touchpoints
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a similar creative role
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Retail and print design
- Trade show or experiential creative
- Digital and paid media assets
- High-quality video editing and motion work
- AI-generated or AI-enhanced creative
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience preparing files for professional print production
- Demonstrated professional use of AI creative tools
- Strong understanding of social-first and paid media creative best practices
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Bonus Points
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Experience designing retail displays or trade show booths
- Familiarity with Shopify, email platforms, or paid media specs
- Experience supporting influencer, affiliate, or UGC programs
