We are hiring a Social Commerce and Monetization Assistant to support daily execution across social platforms and monetization systems. This is a support role for someone comfortable working within established workflows and contributing to consistent, reliable execution across client accounts.
Role Overview
This position supports social media execution, affiliate platform input, and internal operational systems across Parlay Collective client accounts. You will work alongside senior team members to maintain posting cadence, monetization accuracy, and structured workflows that keep content aligned with performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
• Support daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Maintain structured content calendars and scheduling workflows
• Assist with caption proofing, publishing, and story scheduling
• Monitor engagement activity and flag performance shifts
• Support campaign rollouts, launches, and seasonal initiatives
Monetization Management Support
• Input content into LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Storefront, Pinterest, and platform monetization systems
• Maintain product links, keywords, and monetization categories
• Support storefront organization and affiliate accuracy tied to live content
• Assist with structured scheduling tied to monetization workflows
Content and Asset Organization
• Organize product imagery, blog visuals, newsletters, and social assets
• Support creation of simple graphics, including collages, layouts, and story visuals inside Canva
• Assist with short-form video preparation and formatting
• Maintain visual consistency across brand and client deliverables
Analytics and Performance Support
• Prepare weekly analytics summaries for internal review
• Track performance tied to content, product, and monetization activity
• Maintain documentation for links, products, and platform input
Internal Process and Client Support
• Update Asana tasks and maintain workflow organization
• Support onboarding preparation and internal documentation
• Assist with timelines, links, and asset coordination across projects
• Maintain structured internal systems that support client delivery
Who This Role Is For
• 1 to 2 years of experience supporting social media, digital marketing, retail, or agency environments
• Organized, detail-driven, and consistent
• Comfortable working within structured processes and expectations
• Professional communicator who works well within a team structure
• Reliable, proactive, and accountable in daily execution
Preferred Experience
• Canva
• Basic CapCut editing
• Familiarity with LTK, ShopMy, or Amazon Storefront
• Blog formatting or SEO awareness
• Newsletter platforms such as Flodesk or Mailchimp
• Asana or similar project management tools
Position Structure
• In-person role based in Frisco, Texas
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Support role focused on execution and operational reliability
• Exposure to client accounts and monetization workflows
• Growth pathway into full-time positions, including Social Commerce Coordinator, Account Manager support, and Account Manager roles
Additional Qualifications
• Knowledge of fashion, retail, or product-based brands is strongly preferred
• Understanding of e-commerce environments and how social supports product visibility and sales is a plus
• Familiarity with creator-led brands, boutiques, or lifestyle businesses is beneficial
