The Role: Content Coordinator – Full-time
The Location: This job is work from anywhere (remote). Some travel is required within the states we operate in. Must live in: Indiana, Ohio, or West Virginia (or within drivable distance to home office in Cincinnati).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Content Coordinator to add to the CommuniCare Family of Companies Branding and Communications team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Corporate Director of Communications and contribute significantly to our brand awareness and digital presence as well as other internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly social media content for multiple lines of business/brands, outlining the schedule for posting across different platforms, including written content, branded graphics, photos and/or videos.
- Review, format and schedule submitted content to company social media pages, adhering to brand standards.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize content effectiveness.
- Seek out, write and produce internal and external stories that can be published across multiple communication platforms, including the company website/blog, social media, newsletter, local media, etc.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Self-motivated and ability to manage numerous detailed tasks concurrently, with little oversite and in a remote work environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing, grammar and editing skills to create engaging, compelling and professional content across various platforms.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva for designing engaging, branded visuals.
- Experience with different content formats, including social media, blog posts, newsletters, etc.
- Knowledge of social media trends and comfortable working with various social media platforms and management tools such as Sprout Social.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of direct experience in social media and content marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
- Not required, but preferred: Experience in healthcare.
