Graphic Designer (Fashion Brand)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, fashion-focused Graphic Designer and Brief Coordinator to join our in-house Creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who lives and breathes style, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working across a wide spectrum of digital and print projects. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners to concept, execute, and deliver elevated, on-brand creative that supports campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments.
Responsibilities
- Concept and execute designs for integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, e-commerce, web, retail, and print.
- Own and manage incoming creative briefs, clarifying goals, timelines, and deliverables, and routing them through the creative workflow.
- Translate brand strategy and seasonal direction into compelling visual narratives that reflect a modern, fashion-forward aesthetic.
- Design dynamic social media assets (organic and paid), including stories, reels covers, carousels, and static posts.
- Create email and newsletter layouts that drive engagement and align with marketing objectives and merchandising priorities.
- Develop print-ready collateral such as in-store signage, event materials, lookbooks, mailers, and packaging components.
- Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Prepare and package final files for digital and print production, following technical specifications and vendor requirements.
- Perform photo retouching and image enhancements, including color correction, compositing, background cleanup, and garment refinement.
- Leverage generative AI tools where appropriate to support ideation, visual exploration, and asset variations while maintaining brand integrity.
- Edit short-form video content for social, paid media, and editorial lookbooks using Adobe Premiere (and/or similar tools), adapting content for multiple formats and platforms.
- Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Retail teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design requests simultaneously, tracking progress and proactively communicating timelines and requirements.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and archives to ensure efficient access and strong version control.
- Stay current on design, fashion, and cultural trends, sharing insights that can elevate seasonal storytelling and campaign concepts.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Premiere (and/or After Effects) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in photo retouching, image compositing, and preparing assets for both digital and print channels.
- Experience editing short-form video content; familiarity with editing for paid advertising and editorial lookbooks is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy, with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, ask insightful clarifying questions, and translate feedback into thoughtful design refinements.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, highly cross-functional environment and communicating with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Experience with project and asset management tools such as monday.com, Asana, Bynder, or Dropbox is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally work off-hours to support key launches, campaigns, and business needs.
- A strong, well-curated portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work (print, digital, branding); fashion-related work is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
