The Role
Are you a rare hybrid who speaks both "code" and "creative"? We are looking for a
Web & Creative Specialist to serve as the digital engine for our developer ecosystem.
You’ll be responsible for the "face" of our ecosystem—owning the developer portal’s web presence while simultaneously designing the high-fidelity assets, presentations, and multimedia content that define our brand for external partners and developers.
If you are a self-driven creator who can update a CMS in the morning and design a complex infographic or video short in the afternoon, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Digital & Web Execution (The Portal)
- Own the Developer Experience: Act as the primary web programmer for our developer portal, managing ongoing updates, layout refinements, and UX enhancements.
- Content Publishing: Project manage and publish technical documentation, partner spotlights, blogs, and newsletter announcements.
- Technical Maintenance: Use HTML, CSS, and our internal CMS (WordPress-like) to ensure all ecosystem content is structured, accessible, and visually polished.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the portal accurately reflects the latest technical milestones.
- Visual Design & Multimedia (The Brand)
- High-Fidelity Assets: Design and produce marketing materials, including PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, social media graphics, and ecosystem collateral.
- Creative Suite Mastery: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for photo compositing, retouching, and layout design.
- Video Production: Create and edit short-form video content using Premiere to elevate our digital storytelling.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms and presentation materials.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our creative output aligns with ecosystem growth goals.
Who You Are
- A Technical Creative: You have a strong visual instinct but are equally comfortable working in structured technical environments and code.
- A Simplifier: You have a knack for taking complex technical concepts and turning them into clean, engaging visuals or copy.
- Organized & Independent: You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple deadlines across web and design projects with minimal supervision.
- A Proactive Problem-Solver: You don't just wait for tickets; you identify ways to improve the user experience and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in web content management, digital marketing, or creative production.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML and CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- CMS Expertise: Significant experience managing content via WordPress or similar platforms.
- Industry Context: Experience with developer-facing websites or technical platforms is preferred.
- Bonus: Experience in Digital Health or Healthcare Technology is a major plus.
