Position Overview
In this temporary position, the People & Culture Intern will support day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions. This role focuses on internal communications, employee engagement, HR projects, and initiatives that strengthen our company culture and DEIB efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
This is a part-time internship - up to 20 hours per week for the summer of 2026.
What You Will Do
- Support internal communications across key channels (e.g., FUSE newsletter, All-Hands, intranet) by organizing content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with company voice
- Maintain and audit People & Culture resources to ensure alignment and consistency with new company templates and branding
- Capture and share employee stories that strengthen the employee brand and reflect the company's culture and values.
- Track attendance, compile survey results, and organize feedback from employee programs to provide insights and visibility on engagement trends
- Participate in and support diversity committee initiatives and various culture-focused projects and programs that promote DEIB, employee well-being, and engagement
- Assist with various HR projects, initiatives, onboarding activities, and training programs as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
- A High School Diploma and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- A strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools.

- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization

This position will work in a home/office environment with occasional trips to the corporate office or other meeting locations.
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background verification.
$20.00 - $25.00 / hour USD
