Front Office Sports is seeking a Social Media Intern to support our social team across new and existing initiatives. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in creating engaging, dynamic content that captures the business of sports and brings it to life for our growing audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the social team to execute and elevate content across platforms.
- Create compelling, shareable content for Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — including short-form video, graphics, memes, polls, and platform-native storytelling.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand what resonates and help optimize strategy.
- Engage with our audience in real time — responding to trends, joining conversations, and fostering community.
- Support cross-functional initiatives with editorial, creative, and multimedia teams.
- Manage daily posting workflows and assist in maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- 0–2 years of experience managing or contributing to social media platforms (student media and internships included).
- Strong understanding of sports news and the cultural and business impact of major headlines.
- A sharp editorial and visual eye with the ability to create content that aligns with brand voice.
- Comfortable writing copy and producing creative assets in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
- Able to take feedback, iterate quickly, and balance independent work with collaboration. Bonus: Experience managing or contributing to high-growth social accounts on a day-to-day basis.
