ROSE Women’s Foundation is a global organization that focuses on empowering woman in extreme poverty with the gospel and entrepreneurship. We uplift women as business leaders to create jobs, earn a dignified income, and provide for their families.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support operations in the United States, specifically in general administration, and champion the ROSE mission by working closely with the Executive Director to develop and manage relationship with donors and ensure regular communications and adherence to reporting timelines. Administrative tasks are in marketing, operations, and finance. We seek a passionate and experienced individual with ministry minded relationship management, business development, marketing/channel development, and fundraising skills who will join us to achieve our goals. He/she is strongly committed to sharing the Gospel and generosity opportunities globally.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities
Donor Relations
- Assist in managing relationships with donors.
- Facilitate timely delivery of reports while managing donor expectations and adhering to the reporting timeline (write and review reports).
- Manage and update the donation platform and donor management system (Donorbox) and ensure all prospective and current donor details are accurately recorded in the donor database. Send out necessary communications and end-of-year receipts.
- Assist completion of Letters of Interest, grant applications, and progress reporting as needed.
- Work closely with Finance, Programs, and M&E departments to develop progress reports on organizational KPI tracking, finances, and program activities as needed.
Channel Development
- Manage and maintain all online ROSE funding profiles.
- Support the Executive Director in creating relationship with partners and foundations.
- Represent ROSE at events and gatherings of potential and existing supporters to spread awareness and develop new relationships.
- Assist with local and global fundraising campaigns.
- Work with Communications Admin to oversee social media, newsletter, and marketing to reach donors.
General Administration & Finance
- Run monthly payroll for US employees.
- Work with the finance team to complete monthly reconciliations, expense reports, and transaction reporting.
- Manage ROSE info email monitoring for new connections and partners.
- Organize and execute necessary paperwork for federal and state-specific compliance with 501(c)3 status and charitable organization registrations.
- Arrange for mail pick up or delivery and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Global Operations Manager or Executive Director.
Marketing
- Ensure all branded material are up-to-date.
- Keep collateral communications up-to-date, including thank you cards, website, and graphics for presentations.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- Graduate/Post-graduate degree in social sciences, development studies, business management or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience with a variety of written mediums, e.g., grant proposals or reports, newsletters, appeals, websites, brochures, or press releases.
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in marketing, fundraising, reporting, proposal writing, and completing grant applications, preferably for an NGO.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial documents.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in development field and/or fundraising.
- International and/or cross-cultural teams experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for Christ-centered microenterprise development.

- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to coordinate with departments, organize, prioritize workload, and adhere to deadlines, managing several projects at once.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Proficient use of or ability to learn QuickBooks and various web-based donor management platforms.
- Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities, takes initiative, drives for results, communicates problems and proposes solutions, as appropriate; exercises sound, mature judgment and integrity.
- Sense of urgency and responsibility, meets deadlines; action-oriented, flexible work style; ability to multitask and work under pressure. Personal motivation and drive to consistently meet and exceed expectations in unscripted conditions.
