Role Description
Interiors By Ria, located in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, is looking for an Office Manager for a hybrid role. This contract position involves
- Maintain calendar and scheduling appointments
- Maintain client and vendor files and filing
- Request catalog, vendor information & samples
- Return vendor samples
- Aid Designer in Marketing efforts which includes, but not limited to:
o Maintenance of blog, Facebook & other
o Research for newsletter and blog production
- Aid Designer in Systems Documentation
- Record key decisions and next steps when accompanying designers in vendor and client meetings
- Serve as coordinator for all staging projects, which includes, but is not limited to scheduling movers & contractors, scheduling email follow-up, maintain accurate inventory records and selections
- Need to be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Need to be disciplined, independent, inquisitive and flexible to changes.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, and solve problems with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in the interior design industry is a plus
