Rosen Group, a nationally acclaimed, full-service PR agency, is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator, Social & Digital, to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, boutique agency representing national brands across food & beverage, publishing, creative agencies, nonprofit, and cannabis/CBD. This is an ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience across PR and social in a collaborative, idea-driven environment—leading social strategy across clients while supporting core earned media initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely alongside regular in-person meetings in New York City, as well as client events, media opportunities, and industry networking.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Create and manage social content, including copy, basic design, and short-form video
- Maintain content calendars and support campaign execution across platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; recommend optimizations
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Support media outreach, including building press lists and tracking coverage
- Assist in drafting press materials such as pitches, press releases, and briefing documents
- Help coordinate client events, media opportunities, and on-site logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams on integrated campaigns and communications strategies
- Support newsletter development via Mailchimp and HubSpot
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (agency experience a plus)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion and interest for news, pop culture, and trends
- Experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, native insights)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva
- Familiarity with Muck Rack and Critical Mention is a plus
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
