Within Marketing, the Growth Marketing team focuses on scalable, data-driven acquisition strategies that accelerate customer growth while maintaining strong alignment with Noom's mission and brand. By leveraging performance marketing channels, strategic partnerships, and experimentation, the team ensures sustainable and impactful business outcomes.
About the Role
As we continue to grow, we're seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to scale and optimize Noom's affiliate program. In this role, you will own affiliate relationships across Noom Weight and International — driving customer acquisition, reactivating dormant partnerships, and expanding program reach through strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and unlock new growth opportunities.
You Will
- Execute and scale affiliate marketing strategies aligned with Noom's growth and brand objectives, with a focus on Noom Weight and International.
- Reactivate and grow relationships with existing partners across newsletter, media buying, content, employee benefit group, and loyalty categories.Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with Noom's audience and mission.
- Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and LTV to optimize campaigns and drive revenue.
- Track, report, and communicate program performance and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements while ensuring compliance with program policies and regulations.
- Monitor affiliate compliance and proactively identify and address fraudulent or low-quality activity.
- Maintain and update affiliate creative assets and marketing materials in the affiliate portal.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Marketing, Creative, PR, Growth Product, and Data teams.
- Stay current on affiliate marketing trends — including emerging channels like LLM-driven affiliate — and introduce innovative approaches.
About You

You Have
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments (subscription and/or healthcare strongly preferred).
- Brand-side affiliate experience is required; a combination of brand and agency experience is ideal.
- Direct experience with Impact Radius; familiarity with additional platforms (Everflow, Cake) is a plus.
- Experience negotiating partnership deals across at least 4 payment models: CPA, CPM, CPL, CPC, Rev-Share, Hybrid, and/or Flat Rate.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into clear actions.
- Strong understanding of how the affiliate channel interacts with other marketing channels, including cannibalization and attribution.
- Exceptional attention to detail — from tracking link setup to IO terms to creative approvals.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously, prioritize by impact, and solve problems independently.
- Outstanding communication skills — written, verbal, and in partner-facing contexts.

Compensation Package
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000–$162,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting.
- The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.
- Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This generally includes a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays and paid leave, and various wellness programs.
Location
This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our New York, NY office.
