We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed with some incredible angels like Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), Gokul Rajaram. Beginning of this year we 3x our ARR, our customer range from your friends in the YC batch to Wabi, Glean, Zoom and many more.
what you'll do?
- own ecosystem outreach — build relationships with startups, accelerator cohorts, VC portfolio companies, and developer communities. make Composio the default recommendation when someone asks "how do I connect my agent to production tools?"
- make creator distribution systematic, not opportunistic — identify YouTubers, newsletter authors, and social creators whose audiences overlap with ours. build and manage a structured creator program — ambassador tiers, early access, revenue share — that drives ongoing coverage, not one-off sponsored posts.
- build and run our co-marketing playbook — joint announcements, partner blog posts, newsletter mentions, directory listings.
- be data-driven about where partnerships create value — track attribution across every partnership channel. know which creators drive signups vs. awareness, which integrations partners convert best, and where to double down.
- dogfood Composio — use our product to automate outreach, track partnerships, and manage creator pipelines. (the product is very good — this is easier than you think.)

- partnerships
- background in growth partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, or business development at a startup or tech company
- has built a partnerships or creator program from scratch — not inherited or maintained an existing one
- outreach
- comfortable with cold outreach and warm relationship management in equal measure
- organized enough to manage 50+ active partner relationships while still being creative enough to dream up a campaign that gets people talking
- ecosystem fluency — understands developer culture and the AI/agent ecosystem, or demonstrates the curiosity to learn it fast
- typist — you can write docs well and explain complex ideas clearly
- human — you build trust and admit what you don't know
