Role Description
This is a part-time (with possible growth potential to full-time possible if desired), 10 hours a week.
Majority of work can be done remote- but would desire some on-site content creation in or near West Palm Beach, Florida.
Seeking a highly driven, self starting and creative Luxury Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate the brand across South Florida’s high-end real estate market by strategizing, and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that support the continued growth of a top-producing luxury real estate individual.
Socials:
- 2 posts/reels per week across my platforms (instagram and linkedin)
- creation on shared canva drive; content for stories that i can use on my own (these will be templates and easy) example: feature of the week, SOLD, etc , and then I can add photo and address and add to stories
- Content created using a combination of my provided materials, PR materials and branded assets to be look lux and on brand
- Video clips I send will be edited into polished reels optimized for social media performance
- Original content development based on your listings, local market updates, neighborhood highlights, and timely real estate news
- Monitoring of social media trends, songs, and real estate industry shifts to keep your content timely and relevant
- Each post designed with strategy in mind to position you as an informed and consistent presence in your market
- Community management, including monitoring comments to ensure engagement with your audience is timely, professional, and on-brand
- Quarterly analytics and reporting, providing insights into performance and recommendations for continued growth and positioning.
Email: Create one email per week based off template. newsletter format with listing and sale activity
Print marketing: occasionally creating print publication marketing pieces.
Qualifications
• knowledge of marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign execution
• Expertise in market planning and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Proven experience managing and growing multiple social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Graphic design (photoshop) and visual content creation skills for digital and print marketing
• Experience with digital advertising, analytics, and performance tracking
• Understanding of market research and consumer behavior
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to contribute to strategic decision-making and brand growth
• Experience in luxury branding or real estate marketing is a plus
