Role Description

In this role, you’ll be the storyteller, strategist, and brand champion for our firm. You’ll shape how we show up in the market, turn insights into standout campaigns, and partner closely with leadership to fuel growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned with firm goals and growth initiatives
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
- Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, and thought leadership
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics; report insights and recommendations to leadership
- Lead in the organization and execution of events, including client events, seminars, webinars, retreats, etc.
- Create, schedule and send invites to seminars and client events.
- Partner closely with leadership and financial advisors to support client acquisition and retention
- Manage and optimize the firm’s website, social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn, YouTube page, and marketing automation tools
- Create graphics for social media posts. Write and schedule posts to go with them in FMG
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence
- Respond to comments from our online community, following Compliance & Standards guidelines
- Monitor social media trends and user feedback to continuously improve our strategy
- Record and edit advisor videos and post to YouTube and Social Media channels
- Assist in producing podcast, which could include booking guests, setting up studio and ensuring recording is working properly
- Maintain website, including routine updates and adding features to keep up with changing technology
- Maintain contacts and distribution lists in FMG – pulling from Salesforce and other sources (Update, add, delete, adjust as needed)
- Create quarterly client newsletter, gathering and producing content, compiling and sending to the printer once approved
- Work with local agencies on advertising strategies and ad buying
- Ensure our supply of company branded letterhead, envelopes and business cards are adequately stocked, reordering when necessary
- Ensure swag/gifts remain fully stocked and reorder when necessary
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency and professional standards
- Understand and abide by firm marketing rules to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Taking on other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience in financial services or similar industries strongly preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Extensive experience editing video, audio and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud applications or similar
- Experience managing budgets and external vendors
- Fanatical attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and results‑oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, FMG Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Story Chief a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000- $85,000 Base salary
