JOB OVERVIEW: Manage any and all digital marketing needs, paid and organic, for varied accounts in B2B and B2C verticals. Work directly with clients and account managers about overall client digital needs and develop strategies that you will implement, optimize, and report on.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop comprehensive strategies across various platforms to provide solutions for client digital needs.
- Understand key-performance-indicators for each channel and optimize toward them.
- Pivot direction as needed to ensure performance meets client standards.
- Work with Account Managers and Accounting team to ensure billing structure aligns with account needs, including but not limited to managing insertion orders, filing invoices, and updating spend to hit goals as needed.
- Interpret data to create comprehensive client reporting and inform client growth. Utilize report automation to improve and scale reporting.
- Project Manage a multitude of accounts, ensuring all account spend and performance is on track.
- Implement functioning tracking codes for any new site tracking needs as new projects arise to ensure optimization is informed by as much data as possible.
- Write copy for all digital advertising not provided by the client.
- Track organic growth for all client accounts and compare to industry best-practices, while monitoring traffic data and keeping informed on platform styles and trends.
- Work with design team to conceptualize client newsletters and press releases, copy write content within the newsletter and deploy emails to the appropriate audiences on schedule.
- Aid design team in production of digital creative as needed.
- Capture photos and videos for organic social needs.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of analytics and tracking
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Comprehensive skills in Google Ads account creation and optimization
- Comprehensive understanding of Facebook advertising at the Business Account level
- Concise and creative copywriting abilities
- Skillful Client Communication
- Expectation setting and ability to prioritize workload as needed
- Project Management Experience
- Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Linkedin Ads, Native advertising, Bing Ads (Microsoft Ads), etc
- Personal and professional understanding of top social media channels
- Experience in report-writing and report-automation
- Familiarity with event photography as well as brand photography; videography knowledge a plus
- Experience in Sprout Social, Google Data Studio, Campaign Monitor, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
