About the Role:
Your role is to create content and manage a social media calendar that informs establishing Lunar Solar Group as a premier thought leader within the consumer packaged goods and adjacent industries. Content includes but is not limited to the publication of our newsletter, interviews with CPG’s most well respected founders and original thought leadership across LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Define and own the overall content marketing strategy and content calendar, which will include case studies, blog content, and social media posts.
- Work directly with our Director of Community / Special Projects to capture content during Lunar Solar events and build post event follow up strategies that engage our core audience. You will be attendance of dinner, happy hours and panels involving the CPG industry’s most sough after operators.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts by posting regular content and engaging with our partners.
- Perform research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas to develop tailored content based on industry and use cases.
- Work with the design team to develop visuals that enhance written content across our digital properties.
- Track, report and analyze content KPIs to assist with ongoing optimization.

Ideal Candidate:
- Have experience working within the DTC / CPG industry either at an agency, service provider or brand.
- You are familiar with the DTC Twitter and LinkedIn content ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, memes, and pop culture
- Proficient in using project management tools
- Goal-driven and self-motivated team player with a passion for learning and growing in a collaborative environment
