We are seeking a versatile
General VA to support our daily business functions. This role involves a mix of financial administration, digital content management, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proficient with trade-specific software, and capable of managing multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration: Handle bookkeeping tasks using Xero. Manage Simpro workflows, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and processing invoices.
- Social Media & Communications: Create and schedule regular social media posts. Design and distribute the company’s Monthly Newsletter.
- Operational Documentation: Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various internal processes.
- Compliance & Licensing: Monitor and update all professional and business licenses across company systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Fleet Management: Oversee and maintain regular Vehicle Reporting and documentation.
- Project Support: Execute various project-oriented tasks as assigned, assisting with business improvements and specialized assignments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Software Proficiency: Proven experience using Xero and Simpro is essential.
- Administrative Background: Strong background in bookkeeping and office management.
- Communication: Ability to write clear professional content for newsletters and social media.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry, licensing management, and reporting.
- Process-Driven: Experience in drafting SOPs and maintaining organized filing systems.
