Role Responsibilities
• Build and optimize AI-driven marketing workflows (email, social, outbound, content)
• Use AI tools and other automation platforms to improve marketing efficiency
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
• Help manage and clean marketing data (CRM, lead lists, campaign tracking, influencer lists)
• Run growth experiments and document learnings
• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content across channels to ensure it meets Solvea’s quality bar
• Act as the final “taste check” on messaging, tone, and clarity before content goes live
• Help train and improve our internal AI prompts and content systems based on what performs
Qualifications
Required
• Strong interest in AI, marketing, and startups
• Good judgment and taste in content, messaging, and brand voice
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) beyond basic prompting
• Highly resourceful and able to figure things out without step-by-step instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, growth, or operations is a plus
Preferred
• Extra bonus points if you can speak Mandarin
• Have a strong point of view on what makes content 'good' vs. 'generic'
• Have edited or improved AI-generated content before
• Have run a newsletter, social account, or community
• Are curious about PLG, B2C growth, or AI startups
