Allied Wealth has a real marketing engine: founder-led content, retirement and tax-aware education, client events, advisor follow-up, and a public brand that needs disciplined execution behind it. This role exists to make that engine run cleaner.
We are looking for a hands-on marketing operations professional who can keep campaigns, content, events, vendors, review steps, and lead handoffs moving so senior leaders aren't chasing every loose end. This is not a strategy-only marketing seat. It is the operating rhythm behind the marketing work.
You will be the person who knows what is active, what is stuck, who owns the next input, what still needs review, and what has to happen after a campaign or event creates prospect activity.
What You Will Own:
- Campaign and content calendars, including deadlines, assets, status visibility, and internal follow-up.
- Event, seminar, webinar, newsletter, email, social, web, and campaign coordination.
- Vendor and stakeholder handoffs, including late inputs, missing assets, and post-campaign tasking.
- Basic campaign reporting, list or CRM hygiene, form/landing-page coordination, and lead-handoff visibility.
- Coordination with leadership, marketing, advisors, service, vendors, and review stakeholders so work moves without confusion.
Required:
- Hands-on marketing operations, campaign coordination, event marketing, or professional-services marketing experience.
- Strong project-control habits: calendars, checklists, status updates, follow-through, documentation, and closed loops.
- Practical digital-marketing fluency across email, social, web updates, content workflows, forms, lists, CRM or lead handoffs, and basic analytics.
- Clear written communication and comfort coordinating across executives, advisors, operators, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Judgment in a compliance-sensitive business where public claims, financial-services language, testimonials, tax-aware messaging, and client-facing promises require care.
Preferred:
- RIA, wealth management, insurance, CPA/tax, estate planning, legal, healthcare, or other trust-based professional-services marketing exposure.
- Experience supporting educational content, seminars, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, client events, or advisor-led thought leadership.
- Comfort with marketing automation, CRM workflows, campaign dashboards, project-management tools, CMS updates, email-platform QA, or vendor coordination.
This role is probably not for you if you want a remote-first creative role, a pure social-media lane, a director-level strategy title, or a large-company environment where someone else owns the messy handoffs. The right person will appreciate the details, the pace, the responsibility, and the fact that others can feel the difference when marketing operations are run well.
