At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work including Github, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, etc. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.
We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed with some incredible angels like Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), Gokul Rajaram. Beginning of this year we 3x our ARR, our customers range from your friends in the YC batch to Wabi, Glean, Zoom and many more.
Location: San Francisco, in-office.
What you'll do?
- own paid acquisition end to end across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and whatever channel starts working next
- build influencer, newsletter, podcast, and partnership channels for a technical audience
- know our ICP cold by talking to customers, reading usage data, and understanding why developers pick us over alternatives
- manage agencies like a principal - write the brief, review the work, hold the outcome, and replace what is not working
- think about the full journey from ad to landing page to product experience
- demo the product credibly enough to translate technical capabilities into customer value
- run fast experiments with a low ego about killing what does not work
"Must haves"
if you are very good, nothing is a must per-se
- paid acquisition
- you have managed real ad spend, not just boosted posts
- you can talk about CAC, ROAS, attribution, and where the models break down
- developer tools taste - you understand why technical audiences hate being marketed to and how to earn their attention anyway
- agency operator - you know how to get good work out of vendors and how to fire them when it is not working
- startup pace - you can build, ship, measure, and iterate without waiting on a big internal machine
- typist - you can write briefs, landing-page copy, and campaign notes clearly
- human - you build trust and admit what you do not know
Optional
- event marketing, sponsored booths, field events, or meetups
- familiarity with the AI/agent ecosystem
- experience briefing creators for UGC or technical influencer campaigns
- comfortable pulling your own data instead of waiting for a report
