And yet: it still takes 12 years and $3B to bring a new medicine to market. 86% of clinical trials are delayed. Most never finish on time.
The bottleneck isn't the science anymore. It's the operations — the messy, human, deeply analog work of finding the right patients, coordinating across hundreds of research sites, and shepherding studies through years of execution. AI hasn't touched this layer. The status quo is still spreadsheets, faxes, and call centers.
Power is changing that. We're building the first platform for autonomous clinical trials — a network of patients and research sites running on AI-enabled workflows that enroll studies faster, accelerate timelines, and unblock the medicines that millions of patients are waiting for.
We're already working with 4 of the top 10 pharma companies, have supported 20+ trials, accelerated timelines by 30%, and grew 5x last year. The thesis is working — and we're just getting started.
🏹 The role
Power is creating a new category — and we need someone to own how the market understands it.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market storytelling across every audience we serve: pharma sponsors, research sites, patients, partners, and the broader life sciences industry.
You'll be the connective tissue between product, sales, and the outside world — and the steward of how Power shows up in public.
If we were to zoom in, you'll likely spend time:
- Owning positioning and messaging. How do we describe what we do to a Chief Medical Officer vs. a study coordinator vs. a patient? You'll build the messaging architecture that runs across our website, decks, sales motions, and product surfaces.
- Leading product launches. New capabilities, new therapeutic areas, new partner integrations — you'll own the GTM strategy for each, working closely with product and sales to land them in market.
- Sales enablement. Decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI models, competitive battlecards — you'll equip our sales team with the materials they need to win million-dollar contracts with the world's largest pharma companies.
- Customer storytelling. Case studies, customer videos, demo day programming, conference presence — turning our work with top-10 pharma sponsors into proof points that drive the next deal.
- Content and Narrative. We've built a meaningful media presence — our content crossed 1M+ views last month and our podcast routinely features CMOs and CEOs of pharma and public biotechs. You'll own how that engine compounds, partnering with producers and editors to make sure every piece reinforces our positioning and brand.
This role will be based in our SF office.
📊 Ideal Qualifications:
- We don't believe in strict years of experience but our ideal candidate has owned product marketing at a B2B SaaS company that sold into a complex, multi-stakeholder buyer — bonus points if you sold into pharma, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry
- You've taken at least one product from "early traction" to "category leader" — and can talk specifically about the positioning and narrative decisions that got it there
- You're a sharp writer and a sharper editor — you can turn a tangled product story into a sentence anyone can repeat
- You know how to partner with sales. You understand the difference between a leave-behind and a battle card, and you can sit on a call with a Chief Medical Officer and not miss a beat
- You have taste in brand and content — even if you've never run a podcast yourself, you know what good looks like and can hire the people who do
- A background in life sciences, healthcare, or science journalism is a plus but we believe this is learnable

- A patient network at scale — we make it easy for any patient in North America to find a trial that fits them, breaking through the medical jargon and fragmented data that locks most people out today
- A research site network — we partner with the people running studies on the ground to dramatically reduce the cost and time of enrollment
- AI workflows underneath — we apply data engineering and modern AI to the reams of unstructured medical data trapped in PDFs, EMRs, and protocol documents — so patients, sites, and sponsors can move at the speed the science deserves
