The Role
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to work on initiatives across our growing consulting business. Our ideal team member will answer “yes” to the questions below:

In particular, you will:- Support project execution. Provide project and administrative support, working directly with a small and dedicated team. Utilize Basecamp and Asana project management tool and manage Salesforce CRM tool to support client process.
- Manage external communications efforts. Support efforts to connect with prospects and clients, revising content for our weekly newsletter, and researching information that supports our clients’ needs.
- Find talent. Support communications and strategy by finding and supporting some of the smartest, most driven people in the world.

Job Requirements
- A commitment to deliver exceptional customer service.
- A desire to learn new tools and the resolve to overcome challenges.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
- Interest in learning CRM and project management, AI and web management tools such as Salesforce, Basecamp, Asana, Claude Code, etc.
- An ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, and prioritize.

Logistics and compensation
Our firm is located in Sammamish, WA. There is a preference for someone located in the greater Seattle area (in particular, the Eastside), although longer-term, work can be done virtually. Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience (target salary range $50K-$70K per year or part-time equivalent; willing to negotiate).
