Maintain order tracking spreadsheets and assist with project documentation.
Assist with scheduling deliveries, installations, site visits, vendor meetings, and client-related tasks.
Help keep the studio organized, including samples, catalogs, project files, design materials, and vendor information.

Assist with basic project organization and drawing coordination. Familiarity with Revit is a plus, particularly for helping with drawing organization, schedules, simple updates, and coordination tasks.
Run occasional errands related to samples, vendors, project materials, and studio needs.
Provide general administrative and studio support to the principal designer/architect.
