Quomeda is a boutique MedTech market research firm with eleven years of work behind us and a client list that reads like a who's who of the industry. Our proprietary POPS® methodology, procedure-driven physician targeting, is why clients come back to us instead of going to the bigger generalist agencies.
We are small, senior, and selective. We don't try to be everything to everyone. What we are trying to do now is make sure the rest of the MedTech world knows we exist. That's where you come in.
This is not just a hire. It's a succession plan. We are looking for someone we can grow into a top management role at Quomeda. The first twelve months are about learning the craft and proving you can move the needle. Beyond that, the ceiling is as high as you build it. If you want a title and a desk, this isn't the job. If you want to run commercial at a respected MedTech firm by your early thirties, keep reading.
The role in one sentence. Make sure Quomeda is visible, present, and in conversation with the people who matter, across LinkedIn, email, conferences, and the physician community that powers our research.
What you'll actually do
The mix shifts week to week, but the work splits across four areas:
- Brand and digital presence. Build Quomeda's voice on LinkedIn (firm page plus our founders' profiles), plan and write content, run our email campaigns and newsletter. Own how Quomeda looks and sounds to the outside world.
- Conference outreach. We attend EHRA, ACC, EuroPCR, and similar. You'll build target lists, send outreach, book our founders' calendars solid, support on the ground, and make sure no warm conversation goes cold.
- Commercial outreach. Identify and warm up new contacts at MedTech companies we'd like to work with. Draft sequences, manage follow-ups, keep the CRM clean. You're not expected to close deals on day one. You're expected to create the conditions for our CEO to close them, and to learn how to close them yourself over time.
- Panel and operational support. When studies are in fieldwork, you'll work with our COO on physician panel recruitment and respondent communication. This is core Quomeda craft and the fastest way to learn what we actually sell.
Compensation. €1,300/month base plus an uncapped deal participation bonus of 3 to 5% of contracted value, paid on collection, on any deal where you played a meaningful role in opening the door. No quotas, no cap. If Quomeda wins because of you, you get paid. As you grow into the role, both base and equity-style participation grow with you.
Where you'll work. Hybrid out of Alicante. Mostly remote, with regular in-person time when fieldwork or planning calls for it. You should be based in or willing to relocate to Alicante.
Who this is for
You don't need a MedTech background. You don't need a life sciences degree. You don't need prior B2B sales experience. We've hired people from outside the industry before and turned them into professionals. That's a tradition here, not an exception.
What you do need:
- High energy and genuine warmth with people. This role lives or dies on whether you can make strangers want to talk to you.
- Operational discipline. You'll be juggling four areas of work and you cannot drop balls.
- Writing instincts. You'll be drafting emails, posts, and campaigns constantly. You need to care about how words land.
- Coachability. Two senior people will invest serious time in making you good at this. Show up ready to learn.
- Ambition with patience. You want to run things one day, and you understand that earning that takes a few years of doing the work properly first.
- Comfort with ambiguity. The role twelve months from now won't look exactly like this one. We'll shape it around your strengths.
How to apply. Send a CV and a short note (what made you click on this, and where you want to be in five years) to martina.scala@quomeda.com. No cover letter required.
