Position Overview:
Redwood Outdoors is a leading Health and company looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative individual with a strong background in website management, SEO/SEM, content creation, and digital advertising. This role will be responsible for managing and updating our website, optimizing SEO, designing new website pages, coordinating with sales teams, and overseeing various digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance the overall online presence.
Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Manage and update website content including customer photos, review videos, review text, copy on product pages, and images on product pages/homepage.
- Design new website pages and develop high-level designs for new landing pages.
- Work with developers to code and roll out website updates.
- Enhance UX/UI and simplify processes to improve the speed and efficiency of completing a sale.
SEO/SEM:
- Monitor keywords, identify and target new keywords, and improve on-page SEO.
- Monitor Google Search Console reports, Arhefs/MOZ reports, and make necessary fixes.
- Direct blog activity to target different search terms.
- Manage Google AdWords and Bing campaigns, including experimenting with different campaign types/structures and optimizing ongoing campaigns using GA and other data.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including CTR, ROAS, total conversions, CPC, and search impression share.
- Propose new campaigns and budget changes based on performance.
- Manage other Google platforms such as Google My Business, Google Merchant, and Google Analytics
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement an email marketing strategy, including campaigns for major sales, events, and new product launches.
- Optimize email automation for post-purchase upsells, cart abandonment, welcome series, and maintenance reminders.
- Grow the email subscriber list and send out a monthly newsletter with engaging content.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in website management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of website design principles, UX/UI enhancement, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams and developers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
