We’re hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at EMARKETER.
The Role and Team:
The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive, connected, and well-supported employee experience across EMARKETER. This role blends workplace experience, employee engagement, internal communications, and culture programming to help foster an environment where employees can do their best work.
Partnering closely with the HR Generalist, Talent & Experience, this position supports the day-to-day workplace experience, office operations, employee engagement initiatives, and internal programming that strengthen connection, collaboration, and company culture. Ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational excellence with people-focused programming and thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Workplace Experience & Office Operations
- Partner closely with the HR Generalist, Talent & Experience to support day-to-day office operations and workplace experience
- Co-manage an organized, functional, and employee-friendly office environment
- Coordinate office vendors, supplies, facilities requests, and workplace logistics
- Help create a welcoming and engaging in-office experience through thoughtful workplace programming and employee touchpoints
- Provide backup support for workplace operations when the HR Generalist is out of office
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives including employee recognition programs, culture campaigns, employee feedback initiatives, and community-building events
- Plan and execute internal events that strengthen connection, morale, and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with People & Culture leadership to develop programming that reinforces company values and strategic priorities
- Support employee listening initiatives and help translate feedback into meaningful employee experience improvements
- Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation programs that celebrate contributions and reinforce company values
Internal Communications
- Own the weekly People & Culture newsletter, including content planning, coordination, and distribution
- Create and distribute employee communications related to workplace experience, engagement initiatives, and culture programming across Slack, email, and other internal channels
- Contribute content and updates to broader People & Culture communications, including the company monthly newsletter
- Promote employee experience initiatives and drive participation across the organization
Employee Experience Insights
- Track participation and engagement metrics across programs and events
- Monitor trends in employee experience and workplace engagement
- Support reporting and insights that inform People & Culture initiatives and priorities
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in workplace experience, office operations, employee engagement, internal communications, people operations, or a related field
- Experience planning and executing internal events, workplace programs, or employee engagement initiatives
- Experience supporting office operations, workplace logistics, or vendor coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort learning HR, survey, or workplace management tools
- Experience using employee engagement platforms, survey tools, or recognition programs is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- $55,000 to $70,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)

Salary for the role is commensurate with experience and depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
