Position Overview
We're looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Marketing & Social Media Manager to own our brand presence across all channels. This person will be responsible for building engagement, producing compelling content, and driving lead generation through social media, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all activity across our social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, direct messaging, and audience interactions
- Design marketing materials as needed using Canva and existing in-house brand assets
- Develop and publish a consistent weekly content calendar across all platforms
- Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgets, and performance monitoring
- Create and distribute a weekly newsletter and ongoing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged
- Track and report on key performance metrics across social and email channels, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on social media trends and best practices relevant to new home sales and real estate
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proficiency with Canva and a strong eye for visual design
- Experience managing Meta Business Suite and running paid ad campaigns - a plus
- Strong written communication skills — you know how to write copy that converts
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience in real estate, home building, or a related industry - a plus
