Company: SettlX
Website: www.settlx.xyz
Type: Contract / fractional / equity-based partner role
Compensation: Equity or revenue-share based on milestones
SettlX is building AI agents for compliance teams: KYB, KYC, KYT, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, Travel Rule workflows, SAR preparation, audit readiness, and regulatory horizon scanning.
We are looking for a distribution-driven partner/individual who can help us turn deep compliance workflows into high-trust webinars, live sessions, short-form content, and community-led demand generation.
This is not a generic content role. We need someone who understands how to build audience and pipeline in fintech, AML, crypto compliance, regtech, banking, payments, and financial crime.
What You’ll Own
- Host and/or co-host weekly webinars on AI-assisted compliance, AML investigations, KYB/KYC/KYT, sanctions screening, Travel Rule, SAR workflows, and audit readiness
- Build a repeatable webinar engine: topic selection, guest sourcing, registration, reminders, live hosting, follow-up, and repurposing
- Drive distribution through LinkedIn, fintech communities, compliance groups, newsletters, partner channels, and direct outreach
- Turn webinars into clips, carousels, founder posts, lead magnets, and sales assets
- Bring in relevant guests: compliance officers, AML investigators, fintech founders, risk leaders, crypto compliance operators, ex-regulators, and regtech experts
- Help SettlX build credibility with fintechs, Web3 companies, payment companies, neobanks, VASPs, and compliance teams
- Track what works: registrations, attendance rate, qualified leads, booked demos, partner intros, and content engagement
Ideal Background
You might be a fit if you have one or more of these:
- Experience in fintech, regtech, AML, compliance, crypto compliance, payments, banking, or financial crime
- Strong LinkedIn/content distribution ability
- Experience hosting webinars, podcasts, panels, workshops, or community events
- Existing network in NYC fintech, compliance, AML, banking, Web3, or risk
- Ability to make complex compliance topics understandable and commercially relevant
- Founder-like energy: you can create momentum without waiting for a big team
Strong Signals
- You have hosted webinars or panels before
- You have grown an audience, newsletter, podcast, event series, or B2B community
- You know how to get people to register, attend, and book a follow-up
- You can turn one webinar into 10-20 pieces of distribution
- You understand the pain of false positives, manual reviews, fragmented vendor dashboards, SAR prep, audit trails, and regulatory drift
