SixSense builds AI software that semiconductor fabs use to catch defects and quality deviations before they become yield losses. Our automated defect classification (AI-ADC), wafer signature classification, and root-cause analysis tools are already running in production at leading chip makers, including GlobalFoundries, JCET, Wavetek, and Raytek.
We were named a WEF Technology Pioneer for 2026 and are backed by Peak XV and Alpha Intelligence Capital. We are building our US presence, and this is a founding US hire for that effort.
The Role
Be the technically credible face of SixSense in front of US fabs and IDMs. Run discovery, deliver the pitch, build the ROI case that wins internal budget, and produce the content that moves deals.
Measured on one thing: landing our first ten US deals.
You'll Own
- Discover, qualify, and pitch across US fab yield, process, and quality teams, reframing the stated problem into the real one and channeling their curiosity about AI into a clear path to evaluate it.
- Applied AI fluency for semiconductor applications: field customer questions on where AI fits, qualify use cases, and map fab yield and quality challenges to the right AI solutions.
- ROI and dollar-value business cases a yield director can take to their VP.
- Customer-grade content: one-pagers, decks, ROI models, battlecards, and case studies.
- Technical and white papers, conference abstracts, and thought-leadership content.
- End-to-end proofs-of-value: turn customer challenges into phased evaluations and see them through to proven value, owning scope, success criteria, timeline, and stakeholder alignment, and running the technical engagement alongside our AI experts.
You Are
- A persuader who has pitched and convinced decision-makers, not delivery-only.
- A builder of ROI and business cases (industrial engineering or finance background a plus).
- A maker of sales content and technical writing that wins customers.
- Wafer-fab fluent on 300mm fabs (Intel, TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Micron, Samsung-type). OSAT-only is a gap, not a no.
- High-agency, fast-paced, and outcome-oriented.
- AI-literate enough to be credible; depth here we can teach.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in the semiconductor industry, in a customer-facing technical role such as Field Application Engineering, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Yield Engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience running technical discovery and PoCs/PoVs with fab customers.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, with an emphasis on image recognition and classification.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; able to navigate complex customer organizations and handle escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
