As Passport & Co.™ continues to grow our community and editorial presence, I’m looking to bring on a Jetsetter Editorial & Brand Storytelling Intern — someone who can help shape the voice of our LinkedIn newsletters through thoughtful storytelling, meaningful conversations, and bold editorial writing.
At Passport & Co.™, we believe in life-work balance, not work-life.
That means:
We don’t work Mondays.
And Fridays? We wrap up by noon
This role is designed to flow with that.
📍 Location: Fully Remote (U.S. preferred, ET availability)</p>
📅 Start: Tuesday, July 28, 2026</p>
🏁 End: Thursday, September 24th, 2026</p>
⏳ Duration: 9 week internship</p>
🗓 Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays (with flexibility when needed)</p>
⏱ Commitment: Up to 16 hours per week
This is
not just a writing internship.
This is
for someone who understands the power of storytelling, enjoys writing in a conversational voice, and wants to help expand the editorial presence and brand voice of a growing future-of-work company.
✍️ What you’ll do:
– Lead
writing for Passport & Co.’s LinkedIn newsletters
– Write
2–3 long-form newsletter articles each week
– Help
expand and strengthen Passport & Co.’s brand voice through thoughtful storytelling
– Resea
rch topics related to remote work, work flexibility, digital nomads, entrepreneurship, wellness, and the future of work
– Condu
ct occasional interviews with professionals, founders, creators, and community members for featured stories
– Trans
form ideas, conversations, and interviews into engaging newsletter articles that feel authentic and human
– Colla
borate with Shanice on newsletter themes, editorial direction, and storytelling opportunities
– Edit
and refine articles before publication to ensure consistency and quality
– Meet
editorial deadlines while managing your workload independently in a remote environmen
t
✨ What I’m looking for:
– Curre
ntly studying (or recently completed studies in) Journalism, English, Communications, Creative Writing, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
– Excep
tional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
– Exper
ience with and/or curiosity about brand storytelling and how brands build meaningful connections through writing
– Comfo
rtable writing in a conversational, podcast-style voice that feels authentic, engaging, and human
– Stron
g research skills and natural curiosity
– Self-
starter who enjoys working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
– Someo
ne proactive who can own their day-to-day responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines
– Inter
est in the future of work, remote work, entrepreneurship, community, and modern careers
– Passi
on for thoughtful storytelling that sparks conversation and builds community

You’ll
work closely with me to help expand Passport & Co.’s editorial voice while gaining hands-on experience in editorial writing, brand storytelling, interviewing, and content strategy within a flexible, freedom-first startup environment
