Your Responsibilities as a Lea
- der:Own the financial and operational performance of your portfolio, including budgeting and report
- ing.Lead, coach, and develop a team of property manag
- ers.Build strong relationships with ownership and resolve issues proactiv
- ely.Monitor market trends to guide pricing and occupancy strat
- egy.Oversee capital projects and vendor relationships across the portfo
- lio.Conduct property inspections and manage day-to-day administrative ne
- eds.Oversee capital projects, including scope, bidding, and execut
ion.
The Skills & Experience You Pos
- sess:3-5+ years leading teams in multifamily property management, ideally at a regional l
- evel.Strong financial acumen and comfort owning a P&a
- mp;L.Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Of
- fice.A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with solid time manage
- ment.Associate's degree required; Bachelor's prefe
rred.
