ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is hiring an Email Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid, full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ, with a growing consumer brand. You'll own email campaigns end to end — copy, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting — to engage subscribers and drive results, with the balance of office days and remote days.
COMPENSATION
$50,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, build, and schedule email marketing campaigns
- Write and edit compelling email copy and subject lines
- Segment audiences and manage subscriber lists
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- A/B test content to improve engagement
- Coordinate email calendars with stakeholders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- One or more years of email or digital marketing experience
- Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Able to work a hybrid schedule from the Phoenix office
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with marketing automation workflows
- Basic HTML for email
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
