CORY is hiring an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a great fit for a hands-on leader who thrives on team development, financial ownership, and driving operational results.
About Our Client:
A well-established multifamily property management company focused on strong operations and team culture.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Own the financial and operational performance of your portfolio, including budgeting and reporting.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of property managers.
- Build strong relationships with ownership and resolve issues proactively.
- Monitor market trends to guide pricing and occupancy strategy.
- Oversee capital projects and vendor relationships across the portfolio.
- Conduct property inspections and manage day-to-day administrative needs.
- Oversee capital projects, including scope, bidding, and execution.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 3-5+ years leading teams in multifamily property management, ideally at a regional level.
- Strong financial acumen and comfort owning a P&L.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with solid time management.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
