We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial apparel company seeking an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant to support both our CEO and President.
This is not a traditional administrative position. You'll become a trusted extension of our leadership team, helping manage business operations, special projects, office initiatives, brand events, and select personal responsibilities that keep our executives focused on growing the business.
No two days are alike. Success in this role requires initiative, exceptional organization, resourcefulness, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
What You'll Own
Executive & Business Support
- Track priorities, projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle confidential correspondence, administrative requests, and business support with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for both business and personal projects.
- Assist with research, pricing, scheduling, and logistics for a variety of executive initiatives.
- Support the organization and execution of company meetings, employee events, and leadership initiatives.
Personal & Household Support
- M-F: Pickup youngest child at home by 7 am, drop off at school in Dallas by 8 am.
- Afternoon pickup from school at 3 pm, drop off at home or dance class by 3:45/4 pm.
- Perform various errands and tasks as needed, including returns, package shipping, prescription pickups, car repairs, grocery shopping, gift purchasing and wrapping.
- Coordinate household vendors, maintenance, deliveries, and service appointments.
- Manage personal errands, appointments, returns, and purchasing as requested.
- Assist with family scheduling, travel logistics, and occasional school or activity coordination.
- Help oversee household organization and recurring operational needs.
- Support miscellaneous personal projects with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Brand, Office & Creative Operations
- Own all photoshoot preparation, including sample organization, product pulling, ordering, returns, and shoot logistics.
- Research and coordinate photoshoot locations, vendors, permits, and scheduling.
- Scout and coordinate office spaces and other business locations as needed.
- Own the company's monthly internal newsletter and coordinate content from department leaders.
- Organize company announcements, employee celebrations, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Spearhead planning and execution of company holiday parties, team events, and special celebrations.
- Maintain organization of product samples, archives, storage units, and inventory cataloging.
- Coordinate movement of samples, products, and shipments between the office, warehouse, storage facilities, and executive residence.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years supporting executives, entrepreneurs, founders, or high-net-worth families.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Office Manager, Household Manager, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Comfortable coordinating vendors, events, logistics, and multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No criminal history
Work Schedule:
- Initial Standard Hours: M-F, 7 am - 4 pm, with flexibility required for school pickups/drop-offs and occasional after-hours work. As is standard for Executive Assistants, occasional work outside these hours may be required to accommodate urgent needs, special events, or unforeseen circumstances.
