Responsibilities
Greeting/Point of Contact
- Be the first and last point of contact for your building
- Cover the front desk during business hours
- Greet and check-in member guests
- Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails
- Answer phone calls during business hours
- Walk clients to conference rooms and offer coffee/water while showing them various Venture X amenities.
- Manage Starter and Virtual Office Member check-ins and check-outs
- Prepare and distribute promotional brochures to guests/potential members
- Follow up with potential leads that came in for tours
- Answer “Walk-Up” member and guest questions or refer inquirer to additional resources.
Membership Management
- Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications
- Be active on the VXos member network
- Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions
- Events and Community Management
- Make signs for events
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages
- Prepare newsletter to make sure members are aware of every upcoming event
Building Operations and Management
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome info
- Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience
- Answering or assisting with requests that come from members
- Manage keycard activations and mailbox key replacements
- Ensuring the building is clean and well kept
- Mail and Package responsibilities
- Keep coffee fresh and hot throughout the day while keeping the cafeì area as a whole clean and organized
- Identify issues for escalation to Community Sales Manager and document accordingly
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Any combinations of education, training or general experience in reception services, executive assistant, concierge, marketing, office management in real estate, hospitality, co-working, leasing (commercial or residential), property management that would provide the background and experience to perform efficiently all expectations of the job.
Daily Schedule
8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. Monday -Friday
HOURLY RATE - US $ 25 - $ 30 per hour depending on proficiency in above requirements.
