Job Summary:
This role is a key contributor to RHC’s marketing efforts, collaborating across sales, marketing, and communications. This role is responsible for maintaining the company’s social media presence and crafting engaging written and visual content that drives the company’s marketing goals, including increased following across digital and social platforms, brand affinity, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.
Position Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams to develop and manage social media campaigns to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage ongoing campaign calendar and appropriate timeline for posting, engaging, and optimizing content specific to each platform.
- Record, film, and shoot content for company-operated social channels.
- Conduct trend and competitive analysis to develop content, build relevance, and engage audiences across owned and operated channels.
- Monitor follower communication and respond in a brand-appropriate manner.
- Oversee influencer outreach to drive brand awareness.
- Moderate the collection, curation, and integration of user-generated content.
- · Develop weekly and monthly reports tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Research target audience and discover current trends.
- Create engaging text, video, and image content.
- Monitor web traffic.
- Develop optimal posting schedule.
Support and develop on-brand creative designs for high-profile, high-impact brand initiatives, translating ideas into compelling, memorable visual stories and growing the Robinson Helicopter messaging.
- Draft, edit, and finalize compelling story content for the quarterly newsletter.
- Support creative digital and print asset development that aligns with and propels the RHC brand across print, digital, social, and premium branded items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Experience as a social media coordinator.
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills.
