Title: CRM/Email Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
As a CRM/Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategy and execution across our sms, email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and creative, to ensure that our customer communications are cohesive, on-brand, and tailored to our target audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, possesses a deep understanding of customer relationship management, and has a track record of delivering successful email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships, increase customer lifetime value, and drive repeat purchases.
- Plan and execute email/sms marketing campaigns, including newsletter campaigns, promotional emails, triggered email sequences
- Develop, manage and test audience cohorts based on data/analytics tools to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
- Partner with marketing to develop engaging and compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice, product offerings, and customer preferences.
- Partner with retail stores and offline marketing to develop omnichannel strategies and campaigns
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze customer data, including purchase history, browsing behavior, and engagement metrics, to identify opportunities for segmentation and personalized messaging.
- Develop testing strategy and cadence to conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and design elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and email marketing strategies.
- Partner with ecomm, CS and store teams to ensure CRM strategies are implemented across all consumer touchpoints
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in CRM and email marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling email copy.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing email performance metrics and making data-backed decisions.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting techniques.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Nosto a plus
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the industry's trends and customer preferences.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
