Project Associate/Grants Coordinator for Immunology Group
Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday onsite in Horsham, PA
Will be splitting time between the Grants and Clinical Operations/Program Management team.
Grants Duties:
- Process Totality Requests for Grants once fully executed LOA is completed
- Ensure supplier has an active supplier profile in Aravo and has registered for ACH electronic payment
- Process Check Requests in Ariba/Emarketplace procurement system
- Update Budget Tracking excel spreadsheet
- Assist with CME newsletter and build slides when necessary
- Work on outcome reports as grant system allows
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Program Management and Clinical Operations Duties:
- Prepare, review, input and oversee consultancy contract requests including performing fair market value assessments as well as provide timely updates to project owners
- Creation of timelines for projected department requests
- Project metric tracking (e.g. Steering Committee, Ad Boards, etc.)
- Creation of PowerPoint decks as requested by Program Managers and Clinical Project Scientists
- Cross functional meeting attendance and the identification of process efficiencies
- Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3 years of professional experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical industry or healthcare related experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
- Must demonstrate innovative spirit, problem solving skills, have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision
- Previous working knowledge in the following systems preferred: ARAVO, EMC, EMP (EMarketplace), Ariba (Legacy), Totality, Lynx, Accounts Payable Systems, Ask GS
