- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years of overall experience in the field.
- Degrees or Certifications Required: While a degree is not mandatory, relevant certifications or a degree in design would be advantageous.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates lacking storytelling experience or with a heavier focus on research/interaction design may not be eligible.
- Best vs. Average: Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in storytelling, branding, Figma, Accessibility, PowerPoint (expert level), Viva Engage, SharePoint (applying branding), and ideally, familiarity with the financial services industry.
- Performance Indicators: Your performance will be evaluated based on the quality of your work and your ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certificate in design preferred; Bachelor's degree in design or related field desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in various forms of media, including print, electronic, and digital.
- Ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design.
- Previous experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software is preferred.
