Role: Portfolio Coordinator
Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite - Only local candidates)
Duration: 6+ month
Job Description:
- Revamping and maintaining our org’s project management and tracking tools.
- Manage intake queue and route requests to the appropriate internal channels.
- Manage Lead Readout schedule, create prioritized schedule and work with SMEs to book readouts, ensure presentation materials ready and in invites on time.
- Send Lead Readout follow up decisions, AIs and ensure program management documentation updated to track Ais.
- Follow up with SMEs to ensure AIs completed.
- Maintaining documentation on our internal website.
- Assist in Shared Folder organization and cleanup.
- Create and distribute quarterly org newsletter.
- Assist in documentation to support various programs, including but not limited to process documentation, training, playbook, 1-pagers, etc.
- Provide editing assistance for our policies and other privacy guidance documentation.
- Review and edit comms from our org to various internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in document management, project coordination, or a similar role within a project-driven environment.
- Familiarity with document management systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
