The Graphic Designer in our New York office requires an individual who demonstrates creativity and delivers quality work product on time in a fast-paced, professional work environment. Assignments include printed and website promotional material such as brochures, ads, signage, invitations, web content, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations.
Responsibilities
· Design and produce written and electronic communications following firm’s branding standards
· Create non-branded written and electronic items
· Work with and maintain firm’s image database
· Coordinate production of print materials and press files with vendors
· Manage firm’s client newsletter production and distribution process
· Ensure consistency while maintaining the firm’s image and identity
· Participate in strategic discussions and provide creative solutions
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline
· 5+ years in professional commercial design, preferably within a corporate environment, professional services, or a law firm
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Dreamweaver)
· Proficient in Canva
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript
· Ability to work within and maintain brand standards
· Ability to think strategically to provide solutions
· Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline-sensitive environment
· Strong attention to detail and highly organized
· Strong project management and time management skills
· Strong collaboration skills, and experience working within a team environment
· Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong customer service-orientation
